Triceps stretching to Warm Up or Cool Down

Stretching triceps for fitnessIn this exercise the triceps are gently stretched to improve flexibility..

Be careful not to overdo this one, and keep the stretching pressure gentle and steady.

 

When triceps stretching

  • stand with your feet apart, and bring one arm over your back..
  • support our stretching elbow with your opposite hand, but don't force the movement.
  • ensure your stretching hand touches your back.
  • repeat the exercise for both arms.
  • as with other stretching exercises, do not bounce when stretching your triceps.
